Sizing up the other Backstage View menu options

Immediately below the File menu button at the top of the menu lists the commands you use frequently to work with files Excel workbook as saving, opening and closing files. Below this file commands and the Info option, see a current command option that, when selected, displays a panel listing all Excel workbook files that you have opened for editing recently. The latest option is followed by a new command, which when selected, displays a template available field. This panel shows a list of available spreadsheet templates on the left side with a preview of the layout of the currently selected on the right template. Under the new command, see the print option, which, when selected, a panel indicating print settings. This panel contains the current print settings for the document on the left side (which you can change), and a preview area that shows you on the pages of the printed worksheet report. This panel contains a list of commands used to share workbook files including e-mail to them, faxing, converting them into other more usable file types, and store them on the company SharePoint site. (See Book IV, Chapter 4, so that they convert more about email workbook files to other file formats and publish them online.)

Finally, at the bottom of the menu, see the Options button, you can choose the program settings by pressing an Exit button to change, you can choose, when you are ready to exit the program.
